- This is a solicitation for proposals to Women Owned Small Businesses relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition (561730, Landscaping Services) with a small business size standard of $7,500,000.00. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command, has a requirement to procure Grounds Maintenance Services at the LTC Charles L. Butler USARC, 101 Franklin Street, SACO, ME 04072. The period of performance for this requirement shall be a 12-month base year with four, 12-month option periods.
