Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K0018-Q-0180 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20190215. This solicitation is for full commercial diagnostic veterinary reference laboratory services for the DoD Military Working Dog Veterinary Services at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. The period of requirement is 1 October 2019 - 30 September 2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380, with a size standard of $15,000,000.00. This procurement is being advertised as full and open competition.
