- 4600 TONS AGGREGATE AND 500 TONS REJECT SAND, DELIVERED TO SAND FLATS CAMPGROUND IN GRAND COUNTY, UTAH. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. Firm fixed-price quotes are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 212321 - Construction Sand and Gravel Mining - with a size standard of 500 employees or less. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site.
