- 1) The Army Contracting Command, 413th Contract Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Hawaii (HI) has a requirement to provide Family Advocacy Program support services to US Army Installations on Oahu, HI. The contractor shall furnish qualified professional, managerial, administrative, supervisory, and support personnel necessary to ensure that comprehensive community education and training preventive services including primary, secondary and tertiary prevention services, related to the primary risk factors for maltreatment and neglect, are provided in support of the Army Family Advocacy Program (FAP), Army Community Service (ACS), Directorate of Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (DFMWR), and U.S. Army Garrison, Hawaii.
