- Construction of Special Operations Forces (SOF) Air/Ground Integration Urban Live Fire Range at Fort Campbell, KY. The estimated cost of this construction project is between $5,000,000.00 & $10,000,000.00, in accordance with FAR 36.204. The target ceiling for this contract is approximately $8,000,000.00. Offerors are under no obligation to approach this ceiling. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds have been made available. This solicitation is full and open. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation. The NAICS for this solicitation is 236220, with a size standard of $36.5M. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and ORCA are now available through the System for Award Management (SAM), available at www.SAM.gov. Offerors must comply with the requirements of FAR 52.232-33 and any other CCR/ORCA requirements in this solicitation through SAM. An organized site visit has been scheduled for 06 December 2018, 01:00 PM Central Time.
