Description

The objective of this contract is to provide architectural and engineering (A-E) services in support of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) projects managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District (NWP). Services will include architectural and engineering work necessary to provide review of deliverables produced through the VAPORHCS A-E Design SATOC and other subsequent contracts awarded in support of DVA projects managed by NWP. Services may include: Quality Assurance (QA) review for Statements of Work for design task orders; QA review of design documentation, which may include design reports and calculations; QA review of construction bid documents; value engineering/management services; general QA review assistance; Government Commissioning Agent (CxA) services; Engineering During Construction (EDC) services, including commissioning. Under this contract, the Contractor will provide technical review and scoping of other contractor's services. All of these requirements will be in support of medical facility design and construction.
