Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 and prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System has a requirement for Stryker Prime Zoom Stretchers and Trurize Powered Clinical Chair, Brand Name or Equal. The combined synopsis solicitation is Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). Interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. NAICS code is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 Employees. Solicitation No. 36C26119Q0687 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and contains clauses and provisions that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01.
