- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W911SG19Q0037 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991 with a small business size standard of $7.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-05-28 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The MICC Fort Bliss requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Provide 440 Chemical Latrines around 1st AD training sites, Fort Bliss, TX. Includes all functions, tasks and responsibilities normally performed forrental/lease of portable chemical latrines (non-sewer) and related services. See PWS for delivery schedule and locations of latrines., 1, JOB; LI 002: Provide 108 hand wash stations around Fort Bliss training sites. Includes all functions, tasks and responsibilities normally performed for rental/lease of portable hand wash stations (non-sewer) and related services. See PWS for delivery locations of hand wash stations and technical standards., 1, JOB; LI 003: Provide 10,120 site latrine services. See PWS for site locations and schedule. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, repair parts, and transportation necessary to perform non-sewer latrine services to included but not limited to, pick-up, service, and repair of portable latrines to NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
