- Grand Teton requires a minimum 270 hours up to a maximum of 390 hours of materials contract hauling for the 2019 construction season. Amendment 001: Change the responses due date on the SF18 to 06/04/2019 at 1300 MT. Question: Specifications state a minimum of three, 12 ¿15 yard triple axle end dump trucks. Can the dump trucks only be triple axel? Or can they be larger? If the vehicle has a tag axle it must be mounted in the front of the drive axles and each truck cannot haul over 15 cubic yards. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (24-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
