- The Defense Logistics Agency Maritime (DLA), Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (IMF) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for subscription support services (login access (seats)) for up to 14,0000 employees to the IBM SKILLS MANAGER IT Tool for a period of three (3) years.
