Description

The Library of Congress (Library) intends to negotiate a sole-source firm-fixed-priced contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1(b)(1). Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The Library intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Ex-Libris (USA), Inc. of Chicago, IL for a suite of proprietary products and services outlined in the attached Justification and Approval (J&A). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
