- Notice: 100% Set-aside under the Total Small Business Procurement Program, in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. Description: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for cold mix asphalt. See attached specifications for full materials list. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-100 (Effective May 6,2019). The solicitation number is 140P8519Q0022, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 324121 with an associated small business size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 5:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON June 6, 2019. Quotation packages must be submitted by email directly to charlene_flanagan@nps.gov. Offers submitted by hardcopy or through www.fedconnect.net or www.fbo.gov shall not be accepted or considered. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to Charlene_flanagan@nps.gov, and reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, e.g., "140P8519Q0022 QUESTION." Questions must be received by June 4, 2019 by 5:00 P.M. (PT) to be considered for reply. THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE CONTAINS ONLY A PARTIAL AMOUNT OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SOLICITATION.
