This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W912LN-19-Q-0013 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Winter Athletic Garments "Race Layer" Brand Name or Equal identified in this solicitation. All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-100.
