Description
MC 3P PIPELINES 2019: The BLM office in Miles City, Montana has a requirement to furnish labor, equipment, supplies and materials to construct three livestock pipelines. The pipelines shall be ripped (pulled) to a 5 ft depth. All pipeline appurtenances shall be installed to 6 ft. frost free depth. All specifications, requirements, drawings etc. will be included in the solicitation which is anticipated to be posted on/about June 17, 2019. Response date for the quotes will be on/about July 17, 2019. Work under this contract is located in Prairie County, Montana. The period of performance be 56 days from Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be issued around the end of July 2019. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238990. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is $15.0 million. A 100% payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $35,000. Payment protection shall be due within 10 days upon notification of our intent to make award. Prospective contractors shall be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database or failure to submit all required quote information as identified in the upcoming solicitation may make an quotor ineligible for award. Information on SAM can be found online at www.sam.gov. All questions regarding this requirement must be submitted in writing to rundlin@blm.gov at least seven business days before closing. Quote packages shall be submitted electronically at www.fedconnect.net unless other arrangements are made with the Contracting Officer. A site tour is anticipated and shall be announced with solicitation.
