Description

IPL 19 B409 Replace Carpet 2nd Floor - NAVFAC Washington PWD Patuxent River, Maryland is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice to provide for IPL 19 B409 REPLACE CARPET 2ND FLOOR located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, Maryland. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, supervision and equipment necessary to Demo and properly dispose of wall to wall carpet, carpet padding, wood cove base, abate asbestos vinyl floor tile mastic, level floor, install 1/4inch plywood sheeting, install carpet tiles, vinyl cove base and vinyl cove base corners in the command suite and main hallway. The mastic under the vinyl floor tile throughout the second floor will be considered as containing asbestos requiring proper procedures to be taken during abatement and disposal. The period of performance for the proposed contract will be 60 calendar days after award. The solicitation will be available on or about 28 June 2019 with an anticipated quote due date of 30 July 2019 and an estimated award date of 15 August 2019. The solicitation (along with any attachments) will be available to view and download at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. Amendments, if any, will be available at this internet site. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238330 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15,000,000.00. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Government.
