Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center will be posting a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to www.FBO.gov on or around 03 June 2019. The RFQ will be a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small-Business (SDVOSB) vendors IAW VAAR 819.7005. VA has a requirement for three (3) A-Dec 511 Dental Exam Chairs and two (2) assistant stands. This will be a Brand-Name Only requirement IAW FAR Part 13-106-1(b)(i). This solicitation will be issued under the authority of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Award will be made to the CVE Verified SDVOSB offeror who submits a quote for a technically acceptable product with the lowest total price. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339114 (Dental Equipment & Supplies Manufacturing) and the small business size standard is 750 employees.
