- Please review below project information and all attachments for Solicitation FA283519RA034 in their entirety. Project Name: Replace Leak Detection Sensor in Waste Oil Underground Storage Tank a. This is a Request for Proposal in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. b. The projected magnitude of construction for this project is less than $25,000. c. The anticipated contract is a Firm Fixed Price and Total Small Business award. The Small Business must be registered and current in System of Award Management prior to award. d. Performance and Payment Bonds not required. e. The desired Period of Performance for the project is 60 days from the contract award date to closeout. f. A site visit will be held on 5 June 2019 at 11:00 AM. If you do not have a visitor pass you will need meet at 10:30 AM at Hanscom AFB, Visitor Control Center. You will need a current license, current vehicle registration, and current proof of insurance, as well as a photo ID for any passenger. g. If you plan on attending the site visit please submit who is attending, company name, phone number and email address via email to the POC by no later than 4 June 2019. h. Submit any technical or contractual questions via email to the POC. Please submit all questions by 6 June 2019 at 11:00 AM. i. Proposals must be valid up to 30 days after the submission deadline. j. Proposals must include the attached Standard Form 1442 and Section B. k. Proposals must be received via e-mail no later than 12:00 PM EST on 11 June 2019. l. If you cannot or elect not to attend the site visit, you may still submit a proposal via email. m. As in Section M, proposals are evaluated for award by lowest price technically acceptable.
