- 1. This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 333924 “ Cranes, Industrial Truck Manufacturing. 2. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror whose quotes is the lowest price while meeting the requirements. The Government reserves the right to award to one or more companies that is deemed the most advantageous for the Government. 3. This acquisition is for the procurement of two (2) 50 Metric Ton Rough Terrain Cranes for NAVFAC FE Sasebo and Yokosuka, Japan. Anticipated items are as follows: CLIN 0001 Rough Terrain Crane, Telescoping Boom, Diesel Engine Drive, 50 Metric Ton Capacity Delivery: NAVFAC FE PWD Sasebo, Japan Quantity: 1 CLIN 0002 Rough Terrain Crane, Telescoping Boom, Diesel Engine Drive, 50 Metric Ton Capacity Delivery: NAVFAC FE Transportation Yokosuka, Japan Quantity: 1 4. Interested offerors can view and/or download the solicitation from Asia Navy Electronic Commerce Online (AsiaNECO) at https://asia.neco.navy.mil or Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at https://www.fbo.gov when it becomes available. 5. Unless otherwise indicated in the solicitation, this is an Internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the offerors responsibility to check the websites daily for any amendments to this solicitation. All interested offerors shall register at the website https://asia.neco.navy.mil. 6. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Offerors must have an active registration in SAM and must have active Representations and Certifications in SAM. Interested offerors are encouraged to register as soon as possible. 7.
