Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) has a requirement for testing and certification of approximately (99) Backflow Preventers at the Biloxi VA Medical Center, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi MS 39531. NCO16 is seeking Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to provide backflow preventer maintenance for potable water flow. Testing and certification services are required annually during the fourth quarter of each year. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used and the resulting contract will be firm fixed price. A solicitation package will be available following this notice in which sources may then provide quotes. The solicitation Number is 36C25619Q0936. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 and the SDVOSB size standard is $15.0 million. This procurement is set aside 100% for SDVOSB.
