Specifically, the Senior Executive Services (SES) application process begins with a federal resume that crosswalks the proposed SES work experiences to the Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs), as set by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), using the Challenge-Context-Action-Result (CCAR) writing model. Services will provide federal resume consult, writing, and editing support to all ready now SES talent pool members. This BPA also obtains SES candidate documentation as needed to feed into the ECQ write ups, such as candidates resumes and descriptions of accomplishments, as well as receive, read, edit and prepare feedback to each candidate s drafts and one final summary.
