Description
RFP #N4008519R7705, INVASIVE SPECIES SERVICES AT NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY (NSA), CRANE AND GLENDORA TEST FACILITY, SULLIVAN, INDIANA THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE RELEASED VIA THE INTERNET. This will be the only method for distributing solicitation documents and amendments. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING AND DOWNLOADING AT THE FOLLOWING WEBSITES: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The official plan holders list will be maintained and can be printed on the website only. Amendments will be posted to the website for viewing and downloading. IT IS THE OFFEROR ™S RESPONSIBILITY TO PERIODICALLY CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR AMENDMENTS. ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS AND PLAN ROOMS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE. All contractual and technical questions shall be submitted to Cassandra Hines via e-mail at Cassandra.hines@navy.mil. Invasive Species Services include the treatment of invasive species infestations at NSA Crane, Indiana. The purpose of the work is to control invasive species infestations including but not limited to Wisteria (wisteria spp.) Kudzu (Pueraria lobata), Ailanthus (ailanthus altissima), Privet (Ligustrum spp.), Bush Honeysuckle: Tartarian (tatarica), Morrows (morrowii), Belle (. x bella), and Amur (maackii), Garlic Mustard (Alliaria petiolata), Wineberry (Rubus phoenicolasius), Japanese Stiltgrass (Microstegium vimineum), Autumn Olive (ealaegnus umbellate) and Callery Pear (Pyrus calleryana). The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and management required for all recurring work specified for Invasive Species at NSA Crane, IN. All work shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work and ELINS. The initial term of the contract will be 12 months, with 4 (four) possible 12 month options periods, for a possible total of 60 months. The decision to exercise an option shall be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. The maximum dollar value of the base year and all option years, shall not exceed $5,000,000.00, however there is no guaranteed minimum.
