- Description RFQ 36C24819Q0848 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need to purchase one (1) each Mobile Generator, 325 KVA prime, 286 kW, standby. CUMMINS-ALLISON CORP. is the referenced manufacturer, brand name or equal. The RFQ # 36C24819Q0848. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02 (05-06-2019). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 335312; the size standard is 1,250. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. All quotes are due NLT 6/6/2019 @ 1 PM EST via e-mail to: elena.bass@va.gov The Subject Line of the response e-mail shall include RFQ VA24819Q0848. Offers received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and may at the discretion of the Contracting Officer be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
