Description

5/30/2019: The purpose of this Amendment is to (1) Provide responses to industry questions and (2) Revise RFQ Attachment V (See yellow highlights for changes). Note that the RFQ IS NOT closing date is not extended. 5/15/2019: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items" in conjunction with the policies and procedures of FAR Subpart 13.5, "Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items". The ceiling for the anticipated single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is $2,000,000.00 for 5 years. The minimum guarantee for this requirement is $95,000.00 and is applicable ONLY to the first year of the 5 year ordering period. The first task order will be separately issued to the awardee under the contract to satisfy the minimum guaranteed amount on the contract for deliveries that are to be made within the first year of the contract. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (30-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
