- This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the renovation of two district offices on the Prescott National Forest in Arizona. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to for selective demolition of walls, construction of new walls, new windows and doorways, demolition and/or relocation of new electrical wiring and lighting, HVAC diagnostic testing, installation of government furnished ceramic floor tiles and reception counter, installation of vinyl and carpet tiles, interior painting, telecommunication upgrades, construction of new handicapped accessible ramp, false gable and exterior stucco finish for front entrance, landscaping, new irrigation system and moving services to relocate furniture, boxes and related work components for employees to and from temporary work spaces.
