State: CA City: Torrance Project: 7CA3243 Delineated Area: • North, I-405; • East, I-110; • South, Carson St; and • West, Van Ness Blvd. Rentable SF: 45,563 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 53 surface Firm Term: 5 Years Additional Requirements: • Minimum 6 dock-high loading doors and covered loading dock • Office space with minimum 7,400 to 7,500 ABOASF • Clear height minimum 28 feet Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall be outside the 500 year flood plain.
