Page 4 of 4 Page 4 of 4 This is a notice of intent of The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106 to negotiate sole source with BKIN Technologies for supplying the Department of Veterans Affairs Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio with KINARM Exoskeleton Lab for (Master Assembly PN 13568). Item Information KINARM Exoskeleton Lab 1EA Two Human KINARM Exoskeleton Robots of NEW under-the-shoulder design Subject Harness 1 EA KINARM Gaze-Tracker: KEX 1 EA DEXTERIT-E software 1 EA 16 Channel DAQ 1 EA KST & Dexterit-E support 1 EA KINARM Standard Test 1 EA Dexterit-E Annual Subscription 1 EA This equipment is for use at Cleveland VA Medical Center. Bilateral KINARM electrophysiology rig is to extending our current needs in the human stroke and PD work. The TDT System-specifically the 128-channel evoked potential &EEG workstation with stimulation capabilities provide a higher sampling rate that will allow more effective capabilities with our stimulation artifact and allows for real-time/closed-loop processing. The Government believes that only one manufacturer can satisfy the agency requirements and intends to negotiate BKIN Technologies Ltd. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by Friday June 7, 2019 at 3PM EST. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation is available at this time.
