This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a for quotations (RFQ), The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The Department of Veteran Affairs Southern Arizona VA Health Care System is seeking to purchase Hospital Safety Solutions: Custom Pass through UVC Disinfection station.
