Description

This is the solicitation notice for the Stoney Creek Campground Vault Toilets Site Work. The work includes but is not limited to the following major items: Stoney Creek Campground: NOTE: The existing flush toilet buildings will be replaced with vault toilets by another contract separate from this contract. This contract will only construct site work after the new toilets are installed. (1) Demolition of three septic tanks at locations of current flush toilet buildings. (2)Site preparation including minor site grading and compaction in preparation for placement of concrete and aggregate base for sidewalks and parking. (3) Construction of ADA accessible concrete sidewalks around six (6) new double vault toilet buildings installed in three pairs of two toilets each at three locations in the campground. (4)Construction of one aggregate surfaced ADA accessible parking space adjacent to each pair of new vault toilet buildings (total of three parking spaces) including signs. This solicitation is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A Government led site visit has not been scheduled for this project. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-MAY-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
