Description
Notice of Intent to Sole Source Solicitation Number: 140R1019R0021 Synopsis: This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 "Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions". U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed priced contract to HDR, 412 E. Parkcenter Blvd., Suite 100, Boise, ID 83706, a large business. This requirement is to provide technical A&E support and facilitation services for the Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Program committees and subcommittees for a period of 12 months. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED PUBLICLY. The NAICS code is 541330, Engineering Services. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is $15M. The Product Service Code is C219, Architect and Engineering-General: Other. If any firms believe they can provide this product they must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement to smcooper@usbr.gov within 15 business days of this notice. A solicitation package is available upon request only and telephone requests will not be honored. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future or similar acquisitions. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region is not responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
