Description

The Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) intends to award a contract for the continued development and evaluation of enhancements to the Army's Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool (EWPMT). This effort continues prototype development initially started pursuant to a competitive award under Broad Agency Announcement, W56JSR-18-S-0001. Contract award is anticipated for the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2019. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
