- Description
- The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, has been awarded a $35,000,000 modification (P00001) to previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract FA8681-19-D-0009 for the integration, sustainment and support of the Small Diameter Bomb Increment I miniature munition for Foreign Military Sales countries. This modification provides for a ceiling increase in the contract. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri; Air Force test ranges worldwide; and various FMS countries. Work is expected to be complete by April 15, 2029. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $100,000,000. The AFLCMC/EBDK, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Direct Attack International Contracting Office, Eglin AFB, FL, awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract supporting the Small Diameter Bomb Increment I (SDB-I) miniature munition and carriage system to The Boeing Company (CAGE: 76301) of St. Louis, Missouri, 63134-1939, on a sole-source basis in the amount of $65,000,000.00. In accordance with the Security Assistance Management Manual, paragraph C4.3.2., the ID/IQ will provide a total package approach consisting of integration, sustainment and support for the SDB-I and carriage system and including activities but not limited to: program support, hardware, integration, certification, technical manuals, data, software and repair and return. This ID/IQ will acquire supplies including but not limited to: Tactical Training Rounds (TTR), Guided Test Vehicles (GTV), Weapon Load Crew Trainers (WLCT), Practical EOD System Trainer (PEST), and incremental spare components/assemblies associated with the SDB-I weapon system. This ID/IQ will also acquire services associated with the SDB-I including but not limited to: software integration lab support, program support, certification support, integration support, familiarization support, sustainment support and engineering technical services. The awarded date was 09 April 2019, with an effective date of 15 April 2019, the North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is R541330 with a small business size standard of $15M.
