- Pipeline Video Inspection System - Closed Caption Television This is a Sources Sought for small businesses capable of providing Pipeline Video Inspections Systems to include a Closed-Circuit Television Cameras, Camera Transporter/Crawler, and Video Monitoring System capable of traversing pipes with water, debris and silt. Please see the attached minimum salient characteristics for system specifications. This notice is being issued to help determine the availability of qualified small businesses technically capable of meeting the Government requirement and to determine the method of acquisition, including whether a small business social-economic set-aside is possible. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals or quotes. No award will be made as a result of this notice. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the respondents to this notice. The notice is for research and information purposes only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334519 and the associated small business size standard is 500 employees. All businesses with the capability and availability to supply the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice. The information requested is: 1. Company name, address, DUNS number, and point of contact name and email address. 2. Business size and small business size classification if applicable (e.g. 8(a), HubZone, Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, etc.). 3. Information that would demonstrate that your business has the capability and resources to meet the specifications of the requirement as described in the attached specifications document. 4. Your intent to submit a quote if a solicitation is issued. All responses to this Sources Sought notice shall be submitted electronically (via email) to James Gantar at jgantar@usbr.gov no later than Wednesday June 12, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. PST. Please include notice number 140R2019Q0117 with your response. System for Award Management (SAM), as required by FAR 4.1102, applies to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
