Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (NFLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit on a 100% unrestricted basis. This requirement if for commercial items (supplies), which are Sound Masking Panels and a White Noise Generator. The Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center (NPPSC) is in the process of standing up My Navy Call Center(MNCC) on Joint Expeditionary Base, Little Creek in BLDG 3510. The building will be renovated to accommodate over 100 call center contractors to service Afloat/Ashore Sailors 24/7. This renovation project needs to be completed in a 4 Month period. Due to the number of personnel that will be in the building with numerous open cubicles to service customers there is a need to mask the background noise for privacy of the call center customers. This needs to be accomplished by installing Sound Masking Panels and a White Noise Generator. It is the Government ™s intention to process this procurement on a competitive basis. It is the Government ™s intention to issue a Firm Fixed Price, contract in accordance with FAR 13 (SAP) procedures. The installation and delivery is required by August 15, 2019. The applicable NAICS code is 238320. Upon its release, solicitation N0018919QZ291 will be issued electronically and be available for downloading at the NECO Website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. The closing date for the receipt of offers will be set forth in the RFQ. Paper copies, faxed copies, or e-mail copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the above website for posting of the RFQ and any amendments that may be issued. The Government will not pay for the information received. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirements that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management, (SAM), database prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
