Issuance Date: June 5, 2019 Questions Due: June 11, 2019 Closing Date: June 24, 2019 Closing Time: 4:00 p.m., Hanoi time Subject: Request for Quotes (RFQ) No. 72044019Q00002, HIV and TB Project Design Support, USAID/Vietnam The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking quotation for the services required in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). These services will provide support to USAID/Vietnam Office of Health (OH) to design a new five-year HIV and TB Activity. This potential Purchase Order (PO) will be for a firm fixed price contract starting o/a July 15, 2019 to October 31, 2019. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures, pursuant to Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Please refer to Sections 14 and 15 for information regarding proposal submissions. Offerors should take into account the expected delivery time required by the proposal transmission method they choose, and they are responsible for ensuring proposals are received at USAID by the due date and time as specified on the cover page. Faxed proposals are not acceptable, nor will they be reviewed or evaluated.
