Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-101 (26 October 2018). The Regional Health Contracting Office -Atlantic (RHCO-A), US Army Health Contracting Activity, US Army Medical Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Single-Award Blanket Purchase Agre ment (BPA); however, the Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards for Upper and Lower Extremities Orthopedic Surgical Supply Items located at Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center, Fort Meade, MD. This is a brand name or equal requirement. See 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items and 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal.
