- This synopsis is for the acquisition of the Undershirt, Flame Resistant, Lightweight Cold Weather (Silkweight), NSN 8415-01-567-4279(s), PGC: 03566 and Drawers, Flame Resistant, Lightweight Cold Weather (Silkweight). NSN 8415-01-567-3437(s), PGC: 03567. This acquisition will be Full and Open Competition. This is an IDTC acquisition with a one year base term and 4 one year option terms. The quantities for the Undershirts for the base term will be 5,555 each minimum and 27,775 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 22,220. The quantity for option year 1-4 will be 5,055 each minimum and 25,275 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 20,220. The quantities for the Drawers for the base term will be 5,265 each minimum and 26,325 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 21,060. The quantity for option year 1-4 will be 4,765 each minimum and 23,825 each Annual Order Limitations Quantity (AOLQ) with an annual estimated quantity (AEQ) of 19,060. The Undershirt, Flame Resistant, Lightweight Cold Weather (Silkweight) shall be made in accordance with MIL-DTL-32620 dated 31 October 2018; pattern date 26 November 2018. The Drawers, Flame Resistant, Lightweight Cold Weather (Silkweight) shall be made in accordance with MIL-DTL-32621 dated 31 October 2018; pattern date 26 November 2018. These items are considered commercial. This acquisition will utilize Best Value Source Selection Procedures. Proposals submitted are required to include Product Demonstration Models (PDMs) and Past Performance. Anticipated issuance date will be on or after June 2019. Production Lead Time is 180 days for initial delivery and 180 days thereafter. Deliveries are FOB Destination to LANSING, MI 48906/AUSTIN, TX 78744/Pendergrass, GA 30567. All responsible sources may submit offers which DLA Troop Support shall consider.
