Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, is posting a Sources Sought notice to determine interest by contractors of all business sizes for an upcoming Construction requirement for the Wishpoosh Campground adjacent to Cle Elum Reservoir, about 8 miles northwest of Cle Elum, Washington in Kittias County. The upcoming opportunity is for the Wishpoosh Campground Improvements. The work to be performed includes: demolition earthwork, asphalt paving, and riprap necessary to raise a section of the Boat Launch road; furnishing and installing a precast concrete box culvert to convey Davis Creek under the Boat Launch road; constructing a masonry wall and installing a vault toilet in the Boat Launch parking lot; constructing a gravel-surfaced well access road; and installing anchored rootwad log structures. The applicable NAICS code is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $36.5 million. Project completion is expected to be 275 calendar days after notice to proceed. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. Interested parties are asked to provide the following information: ¿ Business Name and DUNS number ¿ Contact information ¿ Business size and any additional socioeconomic classification(s) ¿ Bonding capability, including current single and aggregate performance and payment bond limits ¿ Brief capabilities statement that addresses experience performing similar projects as a prime contractor. This is NOT a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bids and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this Sources Sought notice.
