Gilbert Rd 85296 United States ashley.velasquez@va.gov ashley.velasquez@va.gov Expressions of Interest Sought - GSAR 570.402-2 Page 3 of 3 Requirement: The Government is seeking to lease approximately 5,600 contiguous rentable square feet of first floor only, clinical/counseling office space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 4,153 contiguous net usable square feet (NUSF). The lease term requirement is for twenty (20) years. After the 5th anniversary of the commencement of the term of the Lease, the Government, at its sole discretion may notify the Lessor of the early termination of the Lease by giving at least 90 days written advanced notice to the Lessor. The space must be available for occupancy by 05/01/2020. The delineated area is stated above. Other applicable requirements include: Sixteen (16) VA dedicated parking spaces Full Service Lease Requirement (not limited to: all utilities, janitorial service(s), alarm monitoring, landscaping, pest control, full property maintenance and snow removal). The Government is seeking Service Disabled Veteran Owned or Veteran Owned Small business interests. Responses to this sources sought notice will determine how this procurement may be set-aside, in accordance with 38 U. S. C. 8127(d). Expressions of Interest must be received at Ashley.Velasquez@va.gov no later than 12:30 PM PST, 6/13/2019; including the following information: Building name, address and location of available space within the building (1st floor, etc); Available rentable square feet and expected rental rate, fully serviced. Indicate if tenant improvements (and rate) are included in the rental rate, if any. Business socio-economic designation (small business, service disabled/veteran owned business, hub zone, etc.) Date of space availability. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any).
