Description

This is a Request for Quotes from available and verified Veteran Owned Small Business or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB/SDVOSB) which can provide a navigation tracking system with cancer registry that can track patients from all tumor/cancer sites and record oncology specific information to help Nurse Navigators better manage patients through the entire continuum of care, including scheduling treatment plans, prompting follow-ups, tracking barriers to treatment. Improve the Cancer Care program s ability to manage appointments, referrals and increase patient retention. All of which would be required to meet the standards of the Commission on Cancer s accreditation program for or the Oncology Service at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) Oncology Service, located at 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. If you are not an eligible VOSB or SDVOSB please do not submit a quote as it will not be evaluated. Eligibility is determined as vendors must be registered and verified in the website Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at the submission of quote and award to be able to submit a quote to the Department of Veterans Affairs. If vendors are not registered in VIP at the end of submission requests for quote their quote will not be evaluated.
