- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Las Cruces District Office through the BLM New Mexico State Office has a requirement to enter in a firm-fixed price contract for acquisition (1) Project. Alameda Dam Sediment Collection, Recovery, Disposal.. Proposal should include any charges associated with successful remediation estimated 3,200 cubic yards, and disposal as detailed within BLM Scope of Work.
