- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice. The Army Contracting Command (ACC), Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Tenant Division, Facilities Branch, intends to issue a solicitation for the re-compete of award of five (5) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for design/build, construction, and/or renovation and repair of real property. Work will be performed at the Aberdeen and Edgewood areas of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Work may include interior and exterior renovations to include electrical and lighting, heating and air conditioning, HVAC controls, plumbing, fire suppression systems, fire intrusion alarms, communication systems, roofing, concrete, environmental remediation, and other related work. All work will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, specifications, and drawings provided with each project. The total estimated value of this requirement will be a minimum guarantee of $2,500.00 but will not exceed $100 million for a base and four (4) option years.
