- The Department of Energy Richland Operations Office intends to award a contract for Third Party Administrator Services for the Workers' Compensation Program. Any information submitted by respondents to this solicitation is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this solicitation. The Government will in no way be obligated to purchase all or part of the items described herein. All responses will be treated as confidential.
