This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24419Q0773. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02 effective May 06, 2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, Engineering Services with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104-4551 is seeking to obtain Steam Radiator Control Valves and Traps Replacement Service. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be 90 days following Contract award and includes the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN): CLIN 0001: Contractor shall provide labor and materials necessary for installing 55 thermostatic steam radiator control valves and 55 steam traps one for each radiator located in building 3 first and second floor/ install wall stat for each valve in accordance with the Statement of Work. 90 Days following Notice to Proceed. The SOW is included as Attachment 1 to this solicitation. Offerors are requested to quote a Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. The Schedule of Supplies and Services is included as Attachment 2, Price Cost Schedule. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4233, Revision Number 13, dated 04-25-2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation as Attachment 3. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k).
