Description

IFB Amendment 02 (NOTE - Attachments listed below are shown under Amendment 1 in FBO) The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer due date, provide revised instructions for attendance of the bid opening, the post the Site Visit attendance sheet, and post the questions submitted and the Government's responses. A. The bid opening date and time is hereby changed to June 28, 2019 at 14:00 hours CST. B. The questions submitted by potential bidders and the responses from the Government are Attachment A to this Amendment. Attachment A-1: Questions and Responses Attachments A-2 & A-3: Utility Maps (DETAIL & FULL) (see response to Question 17) Attachments A-4 & A-5: Photographs of the AHU1 supply and return nameplates for AHU1 (see response to Question 11). C. The Site Visit attendance sheet is Attachment B to this Amendment. See Amendment for revised bid opening attendance instructions. The original Attachement 5 - VAR form has been replaced with a new Attachment 5(b) NGA Site Visit Form (Bid Opening) with the corrected bid opening date of June 28, 2019 in this Amendment. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
