Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for project 642-14-116 Domestic Water Piping Repairs. This project consists of, but not limited to the following; providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and to renovate (demolition and new construction) the existing group, nurse, office and exam areas on the 7th Floor of Building 1, approximately 16,500 square feet. at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz, VA Medical Center, 1900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The magnitude of this VA construction project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 270 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov. Offerors shall ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation documents will be posted at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about July 3rd 2019.
