- Description
- The requirement for NSN 1005-01-521-7962 will be procured under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR subpart 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. A base period of 3 years and two separate 1-year option years with a total duration not to exceed 5 years is anticipated. This item has a Contractor First Article Test Requirement. Deliveries are DLA Direct within 180days of order if FAT is waived and 315 days if FAT is required. There is one FAT waived sources Tri Technologies Inc. (06MA8). This solicitation will be issued on an total small business set aside using full and open competition after exclusion of sources.
