- Sealed bids from certified Small Business Concerns only will be accepted for the Great Smoky Mountains National Park Project NP-GRSM 116(1), Solicitation Number 693C73-19-B-000029, located in Swain County, North Carolina. The project consists of resurfacing approximately 3.3 miles of roadways of the Deep Creek Area, including parking areas and pull-offs, within the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The work includes pavement patching, crack cleaning and sealing, permanent pavement markings, and other miscellaneous work. The project will be split into multiple work schedules/contract options, with the cost of the entire project expected to fall within the price range of $500,000 to $1,000,000. Construction activities at the project site must be completed no later than May 15, 2020 as specified in SCR 108.01.
