The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for six (6) EA Used Shipping Containers to be delivered to Gering, NE. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement.
