- This is the pre-solicitation for the Facility Renovation Hot Springs Work Center Project. This project consist of renovating back wing (approximately 1260 sq. ft.) of main office, including removal of some interior walls, wall coverings, carpet, and ceiling tiles; installation of additional electrical, voice, and data outlets, new sheetrock and paint, carpet tile, acoustical ceiling tiles; and other incidental work. This requirement will be awarded using Simplified Acquistion Procedures. The solicitation will be posted on or about 06/12/2019. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
