- Upgrade Campus Doors and Building 203 Lobby Construction Services for Project #662-19-500 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing an Invitation for Bid for a Specialty Trade Contractor. The project will be located at VA San Francisco Health Care System located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco. The intention of this project is to replace selected interior and exterior doors, providing access control to those doors, and refreshing the vestibule and lobby of building 203. The duration of this project is 120 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. The scope will include providing all materials, labor and supervision needed to perform demolition, reconfiguration, replacement, installation and commissioning as required by this scope and the technical specifications. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238390, Other Building Finishing Contractors, and the small business size standard is $15.0M. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be a total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. It is open to all service disabled veteran owned small businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or about June 28, 2019.
